Currently, the Chinese economy is weak, which causes the market to increase its expectation of central bank's adjustment of monetary policy. ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that the Chinese central bank is too cautious about adjusting monetary policies. Nowadays, macro economic growth rate has slowed down, the vitality of real economy is damaged and real estate industry is in a historic downturn. Thus, the investment upsurge which happened in 2009 is unlikely to happen again even if monetary policy is loosened. Thus, appropriately further loosened monetary policy won’t get currency out of control. On the contrary, it will help the weak economy to consolidate its foundation.
