For China, the formal launch of Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB) is one of the most important goals of the imminent Beijing APEC meeting, and also an international action that shows China's individual will and financial strength. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that China’s new leadership hopes to give out more of China’s unique voice in international community, create a separate platform and demonstrate China’s influence to the world. China’s adjustment on strategy and action in the world is mostly centering on such similar "big moves". In terms of that, the Sino-US competition triggered by AIIB doesn’t come to an end, but just starts a new cycle.
