Internationalization of China's high speed rail has become an important trend. ANBOUND research team points out that during this process, great importance should be attached to risk assessment and cleverer tactical bidding construction should be adopted. Although high speed rail exportation is a political task with the support of supreme leader, in the implementation process, there is a need to make careful calculation and strict budgeting to fit the local environment.
