Russia, being sanctioned by the Europe and America, is speeding up its strategic cooperation with China. But ANBOUND think tank scholars warn that China should maintain a rational attitude toward this. China may expand its economic and trade cooperation with Russia in large projects, but it needs to be rational about its financial support to Russia. First, China should be aware of the rising risks in Russia; second, China should avoid being sanctioned by the west because of its cooperation with Russia.
