Regulation Policies Should be Adjusted First before Straightening up the Banking Industry
ANBOUND

The regulation on deposit deviation has gained its expected effect and even led to a breakaway from the original ecological chain of bank capitals. However, ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that to curb the time-point deposits, it needs both a temporary solution and a permanent cure. Therefore, while the regulation on deposit deviation should be enhanced, a deepening adjustment on system and at market level should also be conducted. After all, it is the policies that have distorted the behavior of banks, so to straighten up banks' behavior, it also needs to correct the distorted regulation policies first.
