ANBOUND: Financial Data in August is Still Disturbing
ANBOUND
Although the financial statistics in August has improved than last month, its overall situation is still lower than expected and quite disturbing. ANBOUND think tank scholars state that the sluggish financial movements in July and August are closely related to rising credit risks, intensifying regulation and descending investment increment. Therefore, it would probably become a "new normal" to have shrinking financial movements, which is detrimental to local government debt as well as enterprise debts which are yearning for stability. In case of a deteriorated economic situation, the policy of “targeted adjustment and control” will be likely strengthened.
