ANBOUND think tank scholars hold that China needs to, taking the opportunity of "thirteenth five-year" plan, urgently and systematically adjust its development mindset. Meanwhile, the finance and debt leverage should be tightened, and low-efficient expansion should be restrained. Local economy should be boosted by means of low-cost and high economic efficiency.
