On August 19th, the State Council issued "Several Major Measures for Supporting the Current Revitalization of the Northeast China"to implement the spirit of Work Conference on revitalizing the northeast China and other old industrial bases held by the State Council on July 31st. ANBOUND researchers state that affected by the local cultural influence and disadvantages in the state-owned enterprises, the revitalization of the northeastern China seems not easy to be pushed forward. How to take full advantage of its leading and exploratory role in the SOEs reform, how to make bigger strides in SOEs mixed ownership reform, and especially how to carry out bold experiments on the employee stock-ownership plan (ESOP), can all be regarded as crucial elements to put forward Chinas' northeast revival and the development for private economy.
