Education

From February 1978 to February 1982, he studied at Shaanxi Normal University and obtained a degree in philosophy; from September 1985 to June 1987, he studied at Lanzhou University and obtained a master's degree in economics in 1988; from September 1994 to June 1997 He studied at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and received a PhD in economics.

Experience

From February 1975 to February 1978, he cut off in Zichang County, Shaanxi; from February 1982 to September 1985, he taught at Qingyang Normal College in Gansu; from June 1987 to 1994, he taught at Lanzhou University; -In 2014, he worked at the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as a researcher, and is currently the director of the Macroeconomics Department.
