The strategic concept "New Normal" covers various fields including economy, society, politics culture, ecology, etc. The strategic positioning of “New Normal” has influences on Chinese economy in many aspects. It is both a description of the transition period of Chinese economy and a new development mode and concept. It shows how the new Chinese leadership understands the different situation that Chinese economic and social development is in.
